At RGV Reviews, it is easy to create users and assign them the correct access level for the platform. You don’t want to give access to all your clients’ information to every single employee that you might have, that is why we have 3 user levels at your disposal:

LEVEL 1

Company Admin: This user level will have access to every feature and setting available inside RGV Reviews platform. Normally, this user level is assigned to the person who owns or runs the entire business (including all locations available).

LEVEL 2

Location Admin: This user level will have access only to the location that it has been assigned by the “Company Admin”. This user level will have access to every feature and setting available inside RGV Reviews platform for this location only. Normally, this user level is assigned to the location manager who is in charge of running the operation of that particular location.

LEVEL 3

User: This user level will only have access to the “Kiosk Mode” in order to enter the clients’ information to the platform. To learn more about how to enter your customer with the “Kiosk Mode”, click HERE.
