COMPANY ADMIN / LOCATION ADMIN
If your user level access is “Company Admin” or “Location Admin”, you can easily change your password from the “Settings” option on the left-side panel (step 1). NOTE: Want to learn more about user levels? Just click HERE.
Then, make sure that the “Users” tab is selected and click on the “ALL USERS” option on the internal left-side panel (step 2).
Now, click on the “EDIT” icon for the user that needs their password changed (step 3).
Lastly, all you have to do is change the password included in the field “Password” shown in step 4. After changing the password, just click on the “Save” button.
If your user level access is for a normal “User”, you will have to ask a “Company Admin” or “Location Admin” to change it for you. NOTE: Want to learn more about user levels? Just click HERE.
Another option is to use the “Forgot Password?” option available over your regular login page (see image below), and just follow the steps required.
