Adding additional users to RGV Reviews is easy and FREE. All you have to do is select the “Settings” option over the main left panel as shown in step 1 in the image below.
We will need to select the “Users” tab (red rectangle) and be sure that “ADD NEW USER” section has been selected (step 2)
Next, you will have to fill in the information needed for the new user (step 3). The required fields are as follows:
1.- First name
2.- Last name
3.- Email address
5.- Password confirmation
6.- Title (position in your business)
7.- Phone number
8.- User access level
9.- Assigned Location
NOTE: In the “assigned location” field will appear the locations added to our system. The “user access levels” available are 3: “Company Admin”, “Location Admin” and “User”. You can learn more about user levels HERE.
To finish this process, all you have to do is click on the “ADD NEW USER” button, also included in step 3. After the user has been added to the system, the new user will receive an email with the login URL and login credentials (email and password).
